Two Additional Inspector Generals (AIGs) and one Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police have been transferred.

Public Security Division of the Ministry of the Home Affairs issued an order in this regard on Wednesday.

Chief of Anti Terrorism Unit Md Kamrul Ahsan has been transferred to Police Headquarters (Admin). Meanwhile, Additional Inspector General SM Ruhul Amin has succeeded Md Kamrul Ahsan in the Anti Terrorism Unit.

Besides, Deputy Inspector General Jamil Ahmed has been transferred from Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to the Police Headquarters.
